fastback 52,474 OG miles. Never wrecked.This car has been in storage since 1984
until this past July. No Rust. Restoration was finished less than 2 weeks ago.
Paint is less than 3 weeks old. Me and a couple of friends build this car in 6
weeks for the Florida bugjam. It won 1st place trophy in type 3 modified at
bugjam on 11/09/2008. I build a car every year. The car was in good shape when
we started on it. I have about 100 or so pictures of the restoration.
The interior is in good condition. The door panels, headliner, and seats are all OG from the factory. The carpet is new and the armrest are recovered. No dash pad. the dash, inside of the doors, underside of the rear decklid, and the front trunk is ORIGINAL PAINT. Everything works on this car, horn, all lights, and dome light. The rear trunk has a new mat and the front trunk mats are all OG. Its also has the OG spare tire and jack. The underside of the car was pressured wash and cleaned. The floorpans was replaced. The complete chasis and floorpans have been painted with POR-15. All 4 fenderwells was cleaned, sanded, painted with 3m rocker guard, and then painted body color. It has all new brakes, shocks, and front suspension. The engine is OG mactching numbers. The engine was pulled, cleaned, and rebuild the topend only. CASE HAS NEVER BEEN SPILT APART. Everthing was cleaned and painted on the engine including the engine bay. It has the OG dual port with dual carbs. One year only. The carbs are rebuild and run great. It has a over the top header/muffler from ISP west. The trans is the OG one. 4:12. It drives and shifts great. The paint is martin senour crossfire single stage. L650 Granda red. Mactched to the dash. All 4 fenders, hood, and decklid was removed. The car was stripped 75% down to the metal. Then it was primer and blocked, and paint. All of the panels fit and close perfect. . Bumpers are OG not rechromed. All 4 bumper brackets was blasted and painted back OG sliver. All of the rubber on the car is new except the doors. The window rubber and trim are new from ISP west. Popouts seals and trim are from ISP west and fit great. Fender beading and quarter seals are new. This car drives and stops great. It runs good but the engine has knock in the lower end that started about 50miles ago. It will need the lower end rebuild soon. I am selling the car as is no warranty.
